Ganesh Chaturthi is a ten-day Hindu festival celebrated to honour the elephant-headed God Ganesha's birthday. He is the younger son of Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati. Ganesha Chaturthi, also known as 'Vinayak Chaturthi' or 'Vinayaka Chavithi' is the day when all Hindus celebrate the birthday of Lord Ganesh.Lord Ganesh is the symbol of wisdom, prosperity and good fortune.


Ganesh Chaturthi is celebrated on Shukla Chaturthi of the Hindu month of Bhadra (generally falls between August and September). This festival is celebrated by Hindus with a great enthusiasm. People bring idols of Lord Ganesh to their homes and do worship. The duration of this festival varies from 1 day to 11 days, depending on the place and tradition. On the last day of the festival the idols are taken out in a colorful and musical procession and immersed traditionally in water.

Today Shri Tripda sanskar Kendra Pri School Celebrated Independence Day

Today 15 August 2017 in My school Shri Gayatri Parivar Trast Borsad managed by Shri Tripda Bal Sanskar Kendra Primary School Borsad celebrated 71th Independence Day.Chief Guest was my school Trasty Shri Jivanbhai fuulabhai patel.He had flaghosting.Dwaj Raxak was my school teacher Shrimati Mayuriben Patel.She was very good working of flag hosting ceremony.All school staff working good.Hole program uncaring by School Principal Shri Vipulkumar prajapati.(means I)program starts with Gayatri Maha Mantra.After vipulbhai school principal welcomes by  all of guests and parents and students.All of guests give Push Gucch.After Mayurimedam headlining flag hosting ceremony. Chief Guest Shri jivanbhai give speech about schools progress and Independence day.School chairmen Prakashbhai Shah also give speech about schools activities and Independence day. 

During this program Lions club Rotary club, Iner wheel club members present here.They give every year Prize of our school students.This year they give prize of Mehdi Competition,Hair style and Fancy Dress competition first and second Winner. Shitala Satam Vrat Story in Gujarati-Shitala satam Date 2525-Shitala Satam Vrat Puja Muhurt 2025

Shitala satam festival is dedicated to Goddess Shitala.Shitala satam is observed in Shravan month's seventh day of vad paksh.On this day merried women observed vrat.They eat cold food hole day.Here is Shitala Satam Vrat Story in Gujarati.

Sheetala Mata Puja
 

  • One day before Sheetla Saptami, take nine Kandwaras, one Kulhar, and one lamp.
  • On the day of Sheetla Saptami, wake up early in the morning and take a bath with cold water.
  • Fill a plate with Kandwaras. Keep some curd, rabri, rice, Puwa, Pakodas, salt pare, roti, sugar pare, soaked moth, millet, etc. whatever you have prepared in the Kandwara.
  • Keep Roli, rice, mehendi, kajal, turmeric,moli, clothes, and a coin on another plate.
  • Keep a pot filled with cold water.
  • Knead flour without salt with water and make a small lamp with this flour. Put a cotton wick in this lamp after dipping it in ghee.
  • This lamp is offered to Mata Ji without lighting it.
  • Wear clean and beautiful clothes for worship.
  • Apply turmeric tilak on the puja thali, on the Kandwaras, and all the members of the house. Apply tilak on yourself as well.
  • Pray to the mother with folded hands.
  • After this, go to the temple and worship. If Sheetla Mata is at home, then you can worship at home.
  • First of all, give a bath to the mother with water.
  • Apply tilak with Roli and turmeric.
  • Offer kajal, mehndi, Mauli, clothes.
  • Offer the worship material.
  • Offer a lamp made of flour without lighting it.
  • Worship the mother by singing aarti.
  • In the end, offer water again, and after the offering, put some of the water that flows in the pot. This water is holy. All the members of the house should apply it to their eyes. A little water should be sprinkled in every part of the house. This purifies the house and brings positive energy.
  • After coming home, worship the place where water is kept. Worship the pot. Give all the remaining material to a potter, a cow, and a Brahmin.

Today Our Home Celebration Shitala Satam-Goddess Shitala Pooja-Shitala Satam Special Recipe

Today Shravan Vad Satam( 7th Day of Dark fortnight) our home celebration Shitala satam festival.We are gets up early morning.We are bath with cold water.Mostly married women observed this vrat.Today we not fire any gas stove or wooden stove.our family members meet pooja room where put goddess shitala ma pooja house.We prepare pooja dish.We doing shitala ma pooja with Ghee Divo, Milk,Chundari and kumkum.We also give a shrifal prasad.After pooja we heard a story of Goddess Shitala.Hole day we eat cold food making previous da randhan chath like Dhebra,Puri,Bhajiya ,Handvo and many more.
